There is no need for a camping or caravan site license.

How big does my land need to be ?
There is no min size
The site can accommodate up to five units of motorhomes, caravans, camper vans, yurts, domes, shepherd huts, or glamping pods, and 50 tents or bell tents.
How much is the membership for people coming to my site?
Membership is free
Do I need toilets?
Toilets are necessary; if they are permanent, planning permission may be required. However, they can be off gird and not require PP.
Do I need insurance?
Public liability insurance is required.
