we are eager to hear your comments to help us make an informed decision regarding an application.
Alternatively, if you have seen a notice at the entrance to a proposed site and believe you have relevant and factual information about the application, we invite you to share it with us.

We will not respond to individual comments
If you are a direct neighbour to the proposed field or have been referred to this form by our CCC Consultant or the applicant, we are keen to hear your comments to help us make an informed decision on a Site Certificate application.
You will need the application reference to complete this form.
If you have any questions about the proposed location or facilities please speak directly to the landowner about their plans.

The Club will do its best to address any concerns raised before proceeding with an application.

Please note:​

As a Certificated Location is independent of the planning process, there is no right of appeal if an application is approved.

Any development work related to the site is the landowner's responsibility, and they must consult with their local authority and submit a planning application if necessary.

The CCC cannot be held responsible for any other activity or development on the land.

There is a 21-day period from the announcement of a proposed site to gather feedback and any supporting information about the application. During our consultation period, we have invited feedback from the local authority, should they wish to comment.
Please note that feedback submitted after the 21-day period or feedback containing personal or inappropriate comments about the applicant will not be considered in the application review.
Only one feedback submission per household is sufficient
